Visited this dealership after my last bike got totaled. My sad day turned into a great one thanks to Darrin and Tanyas wonderful hospitality and salesmanship. Darrin walked me through the many bikes on the floor, and was incredibly straight forward and honest about what I may or may not be looking for. He gave me the MSRP for a brand new MT-07, and not a dollar more, allowing me to walk out the door both physically and financially comfortable. Tanya took the time to walk me through all my financial options, and even helped me understand the credit and loan system in general. She helped me feel not as financially-illiterate as I actually am, and did it with a smile. I picked up the bike the morning after, and am now a proud owner of a really fun, agile, and AFFORDABLE Yamaha MT-07. What was a bad situation, turned into a great one, and I feel comfortable with not only the bike, but with the new shop I will now frequent. Thanks guys!!

This is the best experience I have had with a motorcycle dealership (and car dealerships for that matter). Darrin worked with me, was excellently patient and super helpful answering all my questions to the T. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. No pressure tactics and all transparency throughout. He worked with my budget and made sure I payed the best price I could get compared to other dealerships! And trust me I shopped around. All their staff were helpful and kind!!! I recently visited NY Honda Yamaha. I was looking for a more comfortable ride coming from a supersport background. Spoke with a sales representative, John, I believe his name is. Very cool, easy going, no rush, no pressure, from him. He showed me a lot of options. I ultimately chose a Yamaha MT-10 all black. Then I met with the owner, Darrin, a very nice gentleman. Explained the whole buying process from A to Z. Everything was clear cut, understandable and gave me a sweet deal on a sweet ride. I must say I could not be happier. Everyone was kind and professional down to the gentleman who showed me how to navigate the motorcycle menu options, I forget his name but he was cool. The woman who works in the finance department went through everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name but she also was very easy going and didn't pressure me at all. I have to admit I'm extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience at NY Honda Yamaha. Everyone there was easy going, friendly, polite and professional, including a guy whose name is Angel in the service department. He was busy with something, I had asked him if he could help me with the tire pressure and without hesitation took care of my needs. I recommend anyone in and around the NY tri-state area to visit NY Honda Yamaha, they have something for everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Got an MT 03 2023, everything was smooth. Paid for my bike, had my road test a few days later, passed and came to get the bike. Put 300 miles so far and it's been a blast motorcycle. Edit: 1 1/2 year later I have 16,000 miles on my MT-03 and I still come here to get my bike worked on. Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

I could write pages of the positive experiences I have had with NY Honda Yamaha. Ive been riding for 35 years, year-round in everything but snow, for daily commute and pleasure. First and foremost, their service shop is top-notch. They are fast, honest, and reliable. Christopher and Christian who man the service desk are as knowledgeable and friendly as you can ask for. As distrusting of shops as I have become, if Christopher or Christian make a recommendation then I have zero doubts its the way to go. You will return if you try them once. Second, their sales are fair and low-pressure. My teen son purchased his first bike (used 2015 Honda CBR3003), and we all felt comfortable with the purchase. The owner Darrin was involved despite the low price, and promised to stand behind what he sold. He proved this when the bike needed a simple clutch cable adjustment weeks later. So I have literally used this place myself for years, and recommended it to my own family. I cant think of a better place in the tristate area. If you are considering anything regarding motorcycles, do yourself a favor and visit NY Honda Yamaha.

I had a good experience - Darrin was upfront, clear, and came through with a good price for the scooter I bought and was also accommodative enough to deliver it as promised on a Friday. Much better than other experience I had with other dealers. Wide selection of various bikes, and primed to sell quickly with inventory moving quickly given the season. One small nit: they didnt deliver the bike with the screws and bolts for the registration plate, so the delivery guy put it on with zip ties and I had to fix it on later. Not sufficient to take away a star but one stop short of a perfect 10/10 experience.

These people really took care of me. I had a great purchasing experience from start to finish. I called one day to ask about a Honda cb650r and Esteban answered, talked me through the specs of the bike they had. I came in the next day and met him, very informative and pleasant. No pressure at all. I put a deposit down on the bike and they held it for me for a week while I got other details straightened out. When I came in to pick up the bike, they had fixed the few loose screws I noticed, and gave me a full tank of gas. Tonya was incredibly friendly and helpful with the purchase/paperwork process. Darrin had positive energy and made me feel welcomed. I believe the service guys name was Christopher. He took me outside and walked me through the bike and its functions. Told me the history of the bike and was very friendly too. They even cut me a deal on some helmets and helped out a bit with the price of the bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer. This dealership is excellent! I first visited in September 2023 at the recommendation of my MSF course instructor and put a deposit down on a Honda SCL 500. They said they would have come in in November. To my surprise, it came at the beginning of November when I planned for it to come. Ive had the bike for about a week now, and I am 100% in love with it! The guys at the dealership were welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Everything was laid out in front of me with the options that I had. I purchased the bike outright and left the dealership with a big smile! The accessories department is also excellent. They suggested and sold me the best options to park my motorcycle on the streets of Manhattan. So far, its been great. I cant wait to come back one day to get it serviced or another bike!

Amazing all around. Got my shadow phantom and four tray foreman 4x4 ESP here! These guys are really amazing. These machines have lasted through a lot. The service department is also great. All around trustworthy and the prices cant be beat!

This is by far the best mechanic/dealership I have used for either a motorcycle or car. Mechanic - The service side I have used frequently for the past two years and they are amazing. They offer very fair and competitive pricing for the area and are very honest about what work needs to be done instead of just trying to upsell you. Chris, who often works the counter, is especially friendly and caring towards customers and always provides great communication and answers any questions I ever have about my bike and the work they are doing to it. I have never had any issue with any of the work they have done. The only negative to their service side is they can get very busy and it can take some time to get work done, but this is common with mechanics in the area and they will do try their best to get quick turnaround, especially if you rely on your bike to commute as I do. Dealership - The dealership side is also amazing, the salesreps are incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes they sell and are very friendly. They are also very patient, and have never made me feel pressured to buy a bike while am looking around, as other shops sometimes do. The shop sells used bikes in addition to new ones at competitive prices, but they have a limited selection of used bikes, especially during winter. I highly recommend this mechanic/dealership for servicing and purchasing a new or used motorcycle.

I got my first bike 6 years ago a 2011 honda cbr 250r even though that bike cost me $4,000 new. I had really bad credit, tho the team at New York Honda Yamaha, they still found a way for me to finance this bike. Throughout the years I have not once regretted this as my first bike. Here are the reasons why! It's a practical city bike, very light weight, easy to ride, fuel efficient, you can use all its power all the time without it scaring you & you could avoid any emergencies with it's razor-sharp handling. When my original tires worn out & they were good tires. But decided to upgraded to Michelin Pilot road 3, which are the grippiest & soft riding all season tires & amazing in the rain... Throughout the 13 years I have been riding, I have experience with these bikes. 2006 Harley-Davidson Street Bob, 2011 BMW s1000r, 1996 Honda vtx600 Shadow, 2010 Honda Nt700v, 2009 Honda Shadow 750, 2007 Honda cbr 600rr, 2008 Honda cbr1000rr, 2006 Ducati monster 620, 2008 Ducati 1098s, 2012 Triumph Street Triple 675 R, 2010 Triumph Speed Triple 1050,... After riding all these different bikes they were all great in their own little ways.. but they were missing the one thing I love the most. which is lots of torque. So I had only one option to go with! Which is 2015 Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster that I added to my new toy collection. I absolutely love this bike it's so powerful and comfortable and it sounds amazing... I want to give a big thanks to the team at New York Honda Yamaha dealership.. Thank you again Darrin who helped me with the finance, insurance quotes, he even found me the cheapest insurance quote for me. He's very friendly & professional, he always accommodates me with a smile and shakes my hand. Actually they all do.. Salesperson Chris is friendly and very knowledgeable in giving you the right advice to get you the right bike for your needs, and when it comes to servicing your bike.. Hector is always there for you when you need something in a pinch. On the plus side these guys are truly like family I have done group rides to Bear Mountain with them, We also did a bikini bike wash which was great.All in all I highly recommend this place if you plan to get a new motorcycle or used they even have ATVs if that's what you want or generators..I absolutely love this place and I want to say thanks again to all the team at New York Honda Yamaha dealership.. ;) Yours truly Garik K.
